What's New in 1.6.8 Version

Version 1.6.8 of MChat introduces an enhancement to integration management and chat session stability:

Enhancement

Enhanced Integration Deletion Logic: To ensure data integrity and prevent messaging errors, the system now handles deleted integrations more robustly:

• Session Deactivation: When an integration (KakaoTalk, Naver, etc.) is deleted, all associated chat sessions will be automatically deactivated and switched to Read-only mode.
• Chat Input Protection: The message input area in deactivated sessions will be disabled and replaced with a clear status notification to prevent failed message attempts.
• Visual Indicators: A red warning icon will appear on the platform logo in the chat list to help staff easily identify inactive sessions.
