What's New in 1.6.5 Version

Version 1.6.5 of MChat introduces a new feature and some several improvements to enhance your experience:

New Feature​

  • In-app Notification: You can now receive notifications within the MChat app even if the system push notification is disabled. When enabled, there will be a MChat icon appear on the top right corner of the screen, and you can click on it to view your notifications or drag to move it to another corner of the screen. You can allow in-app notification when first time you open MChat after updating to version 1.6.5, or you can enable it later in the Notifications settings page.

Improvements​

  1. Adding contact information in the Inbox (Live Chat) page to make it easier for agents to identify the contact they are chatting with.
  2. Adding timestamp for each message to provide better context for the conversation history.
  3. Adding time section to helps agents easily track the time of messages and manage conversations more efficiently.
  4. Adding help button in menu tab to provide quick access to MChat user guide.
