What's New in 1.6.10 Version

Version 1.6.10 of MChat introduces message read receipts, giving you better visibility into your conversations:

New Feature​

  • Message Status: You can now see whether a patient has received and read the messages you send. Each message shows a Sent, Delivered, or Seen status (with the time it was read), so you always know how far the patient has followed the conversation.

    Message Status

    Message Status is available for chats in the MChat widget and web chat. It is not available for conversations from external integrations such as LINE, Naver, or KakaoTalk, because those platforms do not provide read information to MChat.
