What's New in 1.6.0 Version

Version 1.6.0 of MChat introduces several exciting new features and improvements to enhance your experience:

Improvements

UI enhancement: Priority Korean
Automatically set the Translate Language based on user's phone number region.
Ending chat session: When the agent changes the chat's status to "Completed", the chat session will automatically end, providing a smoother experience for both agents and customers.
Notify to patients when new message arrives:
- Send email (sms) when agent first response to notify user, or after 1 hour since agent's last message
- Unread message badge count on MChat widget
- Sound notify(web only)
Remove Title and Department from Agent Profile Settings to decrease the clutter and focus on essential information.
