Left Panel

The left panel contains the main navigation menu for accessing different sections of the MChat's platform and other information.:

1. Organization Information: Displays

• Organization name and logo.
• Agent logged in name account.

2. Minimize/Expand Button: Allows agents to collapse or expand the left panel for better screen space management.

3. Display Language Selector: Enables agents to choose their preferred language for the platform interface.

4. Create New Tag Button: Allows agents to create new tags for organizing contacts and chats.

5. Inbox: Access to the inbox where agents can view and manage incoming messages.

6. Internal Chat: Access to the internal chat feature for team communication.

7. Greeting Message: Access to the greeting message settings.

8. Wiki: Access to the internal wiki for note-taking and information storage.

9. Contact: Access to the contact management section.

10. Tags: Access to the tags management section.

11. Analytics: Access to the analytics dashboard for business performance insights.

12. Settings: Access to the platform settings for customization and configuration.

13. Online User Indicator: Displays the number of online agents currently active on the platform.
