Open MChat

To open MChat application, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: In the left sidebar of Doctor's platform, click on the MChat icon

If you have downloaded MChat application before​

Step 2: MChat will open automatically.

If you have not downloaded MChat application before​

Step 2: An popup will appear asking you to download MChat application. Step 3: Download and install MChat application. Step 4: After installation, click on the MChat icon in the left sidebar of Doctor's platform again. Step 5: MChat will open automatically.
