Wiki Introduction

Wiki is a internal taking note feature to help your team to store important information.

Wiki Management Interface Overview

The Wiki Management interface is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, allowing agents to efficiently manage internal notes.

Wiki Management Layout

It consists of the following main components:

  1. Search Bar: A search functionality that allows agents to quickly find specific note by name.

  2. Create Note Button: A button that allows agents to create a new note.

  3. Select Button: A button that allows agents to select note.

  4. Date Divider: A divider that allows agents to see the date of the note.

  5. Note Item: A note item that allows agents quickly preview the note.

Note Item Interface Overview

Note Item Interface

It consists of the following main components:

  1. Note Name: A name of the note.

  2. Note Content Preview: A preview of the note content.

  3. Owner Information: Information of the owner of the note.

    • Owner information: Avatar (Hover to show owner name)
    • Created time: The time when the note was created.
  4. Last Updated Information: Information of the last time the note was updated after created. If the note was not updated after created, this information will not be shown.

    • Updated person information: Avatar (Hover to show updated person name)
    • Updated time: The time when the note was last updated.
  5. Open Actions Button: Click to open the actions menu for the note. (Only visible when hover on the note item)

    • Edit: Click to edit the note.
    • Delete: Click to delete the note. (Only enable when you are the owner of the note)

Note Editor Interface Overview

It consists of the following main components:

  1. Close Button: Click to close the note editor.

  2. Note Name Input Field: A text input field where agents can enter the name of the note for easy identification.

  3. Save Button: Click to save the note.

  4. Rich Text Editor: A rich text editor where agents can compose and customize the note content. This editor includes tools to enhance the note.

  5. Content Area: The central area where agents can compose and customize the note content.

Rich Text Editor

It consists of the following main components:

  1. H2: Click to insert a H2 heading.

  2. H3: Click to insert a H3 heading.

  3. Bold: Click to make the selected text bold.

  4. Italic: Click to make the selected text italic.

  5. Underline: Click to make the selected text underlined.

  6. Bullet List: Click to insert a bullet list.

  7. Number List: Click to insert a number list.

  8. Link: Click to insert a link on the selected text.
