Chat Tags Analytic

The Chat Tags Analytic page provides insights into the performance of assigned tags to chats over a selected period. You can analyze various metrics such as the number of chats assigned, average response time and more.

Chat Tags Analytic

  1. Date Range Selector: Allows you to choose the time period for which you want to view the analytics data:

    • Today
    • Last week
    • Last 30 days
    • Last 90 days
    • Last 180 days

  2. Date Display: Shows the currently selected date range for the analytics data. You can use it for custom date selections.

  3. Total Tags: Displays the total number of chat tags in hospital within the selected date range.

  4. Most Used: Highlights the tag that has been used the most in chats during the selected period.

  5. Fastest Response: Indicates the tag associated with the fastest average response time in chats.

  6. Trending Tag: Shows the tag that has seen the most significant increase in usage compared to the previous period.

  7. Tags Distribution Chart: A visual representation of the distribution of tags used in chats over the selected date range.

  8. Tag Volume Chart: A visual representation of the volume of chats associated with each tag over time, allowing you to track trends and patterns.

  1. Tag Response Time Chart: A visual representation of the average response time for chats associated with each tag, helping you identify tags that may require attention for quicker responses.

  2. Major Tag Trend Chart: A visual representation of the trends for major tags over time, allowing you to see how the usage of specific tags has evolved.

  3. Tag Detailed Analysis Table: A detailed table that provides in-depth information about each tag, including metrics:

    • Tag Name
    • Chat Count
    • Average Response Time
    • Average Duration
