Overview Analytic

The Overview Analytic page provides a comprehensive summary of key metrics and insights related to your data. It is designed to give you a quick snapshot of performance indicators, trends, and other important information that can help you make informed decisions.

Overview Analytic

  1. Date Range Selector: Allows you to choose the time period for which you want to view the analytics data:

    • Today
    • Last week
    • Last 30 days
    • Last 90 days
    • Last 180 days

  2. Date Display: Shows the currently selected date range for the analytics data. You can use it for custom date selections.

  3. Total Chats: Displays the total number of chats that have occurred within the selected date range.

  4. Average Response Time: Indicates the average time taken to respond to chats during the selected period.

  5. Average Duration: Shows the average duration of chats within the specified date range.

  6. Quick Stats: Provides a summary of key statistics in real-time including:

    • Active Agents
    • Total Tags
    • Today's Chats
