Live Chat Introduction
Live Chat is a real-time messaging feature that enables hospital to communicate with patients instantly. It allows agents to manage multiple chat sessions, respond to patient inquiries, and provide support efficiently. The chat sections in Live Chat can only be created when patient starts a chat through MChat widget integrated on hospital's website or application.
User Interface Overview
The Live Chat interface is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, allowing agents to efficiently manage patient consultations in real-time.

It consists of the following main components:
-
Chat List Panel: Located on the left side, this panel displays a list of ongoing and past chat sessions with patients. Agents can easily switch between different conversations.
-
Chat Header: At the top of the chat window, the header shows the chat's information, status (In Process / Completed), tags attached and button to access chat's attachments.
-
Message Area: The central area where the conversation takes place. Messages from both the agent and the patient are displayed here in a threaded format. Included inbox area.
