Customize Widget
Customize Widget Settings page allows you to customize the appearance and behavior of the MChat widget on your website as:
- Theme: Choose the color theme of the chat widget to match your website's design.
- Widget Button: Customize the chat widget button's appearance on your website.
- Widget Position: Set the position of the chat widget on your website. You can separately set the position for desktop and mobile views.
It consists of the following main components:
- Preview Section: This section displays a live preview of how the chat widget will appear on your website. It updates in real-time as you make changes to the settings. It will have:
- 3 Components preview:
- Chat Widget: Shows how the chat widget will look when not opened.
- Chat Profile: Shows how the chat profile will look when the chat widget is opened.
- Chat Room: Shows how the chat room will look when a chat session is active.
- 2 preview screens:
- Desktop: Preview of the chat widget on desktop view.
- Mobile: Preview of the chat widget on mobile view.
- Customize Section: This section contains various options to customize the chat widget's appearance and behavior.
