Integrate KakaoTalk

To integrate KakaoTalk with MChat, follow these steps:

Step 1: In Settings → Integration, click Connect button in KakaoTalk from the list of supported messaging services.

Step 2: An integration page will open.

Fill in the required information (Requirement: Only administrators registered in Kakao Business Channel can integrate KakaoTalk.):

• Kakao Search ID
• Kakao Channel ID
• Business Category

Step 3: After filling in the required information, click the Next Step button to go to the next step.

Step 4: Copy the provided Dudaji account email

Step 5: Go to https://center-pf.kakao.com. Log in with your KakaoTalk administrator account. And click the Business Channel you want to integrate with MChat.

Step 6: In the Business Channel page, on the left sidebar, click 채널 (Channel).

Step 7: In the Channel settings page, click 관리자 (Administrator)

Step 8: In the Administrator settings page, click 관리자 초대 (Invite Administrator) button on the top right.

Step 9: In the Invite Administrator popup, paste the Dudaji account email you copied in Step 4. Then click the 초대하기 (Invite) button.

Step 10: After successfully inviting the Dudaji account as an administrator, return to the MChat KakaoTalk integration page and click the Complete Admin Registration button at the bottom of the page.

Step 11: Once the administrator registration is complete, the KakaoTalk integration status will change to Pending Approval in the MChat Integration settings. You will need to wait for Dudaji admin to approve the integration request.

Step 12: After the Dudaji admin approves the integration request, the KakaoTalk integration status will change to Connected in the MChat Integration settings. You have successfully integrated KakaoTalk with MChat.
