Integrate Naver

To integrate Naver with MChat, follow these steps:

Step 1: In Settings → Integration, click Connect button in Naver from the list of supported messaging services.

Step 2: An integration page will open.

Fill in the required information (Requirement: Created Naver account in Naver Partner Center, enable Sent Event in the Chatbot API settings of Naver Partner Center and verify the Token value for the Send API):

• Partner ID
• Send API Token

Step 3: After filling in the required information, click the Next Step button to go to the next step.

Step 4: Copy the provided Webhook URL

Step 5: Go to https://partner.talk.naver.com/ and log in with your Naver Partner Center credentials.

Step 6: Select your Naver account you created for MChat integration.

Step 7: In left panel, click on 챗봇API 설정 (Chatbot API Settings).

Step 8: In the Chatbot API settings page, locate the 이벤트 받을 URL (Webhook URL) field in Webhook section and paste the Webhook URL you copied in Step 4. Then click the 등록 (Register) button.

Step 9: After successfully registering the Webhook URL, return to the MChat Naver integration page and click the Complete Register button at the bottom of the page.

Step 10: Once the registration is complete, the Naver integration status will change to Active in the MChat Integration settings. You have successfully integrated Naver with MChat.
