Create Private Group

To create a Private Group chat in the Internal Chat interface, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the Plus(+) button located at next to the *Group chat title* in the Chat List Panel.

Step 2: A Create Group pop-up window will appear. In the Group Name field, enter a name for the private group chat.

(Optional: In the Add Members field, type the names of the agents you want to add to the private group chat. You can add multiple members by Enter after each name. Or you can skip this step and add members later.)

Step 3: Click the Create button to create the private group chat.

The newly created private group chat will now appear in the Group Chats section of the Chat List Panel. You can start messaging and collaborating with the members of the private group.
