Chat List Panel

The Chat List Panel is located on the left side of the Internal Chat interface.

It consists of the following main components:

1. Search Bar: Located at the top of the panel, this search bar allows agents to quickly find specific group chats or individual team members by typing in keywords or names.

2. Group Chats Section: This section displays a list of all ongoing and past group chat sessions with internal team members. Each group chat item shows the group name. In group chats section:

   • General group: is the only public default group chat that includes all agents in the hospital and can not be delete.

   • Private group: is a group chat that includes selected agents only and can be delete. You can create many private group chats as you want.

3. Individual Chats Section: This section displays a list of all ongoing and past individual chat sessions with internal team members. Each individual chat item shows the team member's name. When new agents are added to the hospital, they will automatically appear in this section.
